Error Awareness
If any error occurs, try resetting your device or talking to an IT expert. Other common errors include:
1. Wifi isn't connecting: Make sure you are in the range of the router. -> Try resetting your device. -> Talk to an IT Expert.
2. Printer isn't printing: Make sure that the printer is on, connected to the internet and has paper/ink. -> Check if pages are in the printer queue. -> Print a test page. -> Restart the device/printer. -> Clear the printing queue and try again. -> Talk to an IT Expert.
Error Prevention
Ways to prevent errors include:
1. Keep your device's systems up to date
2. Stop visiting bad websites
3. Don't open sketchy emails
4. Don't download or install any dangerous files, apps or programs
5. Cleanup and defrag your hard disk
6. Download antivirus software (i.e. Microsoft Defender)
